Citroen C3 Central Locking Inspection

Came to look at my car, told me what the problem was with my central door locking and to order a part. Was at first extremely friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. After ordering the part he told us to order we contacted him and he said he would be able to come on the Sunday to install it. He never came on the Sunday and ignored all texts and calls. We have now gone to an auto electrician who said the part he told us to order was unrelated to the problem. Unsure whether he realised this after and that’s why he didn’t show up, but he has still not been in contact 5 days after he was meant to be coming back.

Hi mate , first off all I said I wasn’t 100% sure that was the issue but I was almost certain in my own mind I was correct on what the issue was , i also said if I fitted the part and I was wrong I wasnt prepared to take any money off you for the job and the part could be returned so you wouldn’t loose any money , regarding the communication I was In an accident Saturday night and ended up having to stay In and currently I am wearing a cast on my arm/hand click mechanic are fully aware off this and have proof off this (not that I need to prove it to anyone) so with that happening that’s why I didn’t end up coming out all I can do is apologise for the lack off communication and I’m sorry you’ve felt you need to give me a 1 star when every other customer as been more then satisfied like I say all I can do is apologies for the unseen circumstances and I hope you get it sorted thankyou .
