Ion was really good. He messaged before the day and called when he had arrived. He completed the job and left everywhere clean and tidy.

Ion was yet again great. There was a slight issue with the part, so the job took longer than it should. But ion was in constant communication with me and updating me on the job. Car now feels like new. Definitely recommended

Can’t fault Ion, first time using click mechanic and it was easily the best experience with car repairs. He asked if he could arrive early which was even better, did the job quickly and advised on other repairs which I have now booked. Highly recommended

Ion had an unfortunate breakdown with a previous client, Ion called to explain he would be later than expected. When Ion arrived he then realised that he had been given the wrong size brake disc's, he was very apologetic and arranged to complete the job at my place of work the following day. Ion arrived the following day and the work was carried out swiftly and efficiently.
Ion was very apologetic about the previous day but these things happen and it didn't affect me in any way. I would definitely recommend Ion's work and will use click mechanic again, I found the whole process easy and what I was charged was very reasonable and I'm very pleased with the service.
