I’m happy with the work carried out the videos he sent along the way of the repairs, picked my car up and brought it back, I will use them again

Start was great, called me up the morning of the collection to make sure what I was booked in for was what was needed.

Unfortunately my car was picked up 2 hours later than my window meaning my car wasn't fixed until the following day.

I had to message everytime for updates and to ask when my car was going to be delivered back.

Adam was excellent--kept me fully informed on regular basis, while clutch was being done. I would highly recommend him for any vehicle work.

Replacement Clutch fitted and leaking gearbox identified.
Used box supplied and fitted after agreement with mechanic.
Too early to comment on quality but seems good .

Not happy at all. My car was booked in for Monday between 8am and 10 this day was cancelled by them until Tuesday when it was collected at 13.15. I then had to ring them at 5pm to see where my car was to be told it would not be back until Wednesday I had to book an emergency holiday as I needed the car to get to work. I then had to call them at 5pm Wednesday to see what was happening told to come and pick the car up myself when collection and delivery was included so I told them not possible as the garage was too far from my address. I finally got the car back gone 7pm that night. I left my service book in the car to be stamped which was not done and I had to locate the garage the following day after work to have this completed also the service warning on the dashboard had not been reset it shows servic due in 2 weeks. After the bad customer service I have had with this garage I do not want to take it ba k to have this problem resolved. Never again will I use this garage. Read more

very helpful and happy to help, got car back on time. It can be quite stressful and time consuming when car needs work, but this was hassle free.

Fully communicated all issues from having car collected to getting the car back to me, when a driver wasn’t able to drop my car off, they paid for an Uber to get me back with my car, they even topped up all my fluids & put antifreeze in engine coolant.

Quick and friendly service, no hassle at all. Last minute booking was accepted and sorted same day.
