Arrived in the time window. No work was carried out as they said they'd need to order parts even though I'd specified what work was necessary and they'd email a price to complete the work even though I've already got a payment pending and had no update on a cost

The lads were very professional and did a great job changing my brake fluid. The job they carried out was explained to me perfectly upon completion as well. ✅✅✅

Tanveer couldn't have been better, turned up slightly early to collect the vehicle, spent a few minutes going over any concerns with me before taking the car away for the Service + MOT. I was expecting to be waiting all day for a call about the car but instead I had it back 4 hours later!

Turned up four hours late, said car would be back in an hour but took two and a half. The car which ran fine before the work started juddering as tyres were over inflated and tracking was off, so I had to pay someone else to fix the problems caused by the mechanic. Would give zero stars if I could.

I used Click Mechanic because I thought this service would have been better for me but I was wrong to not go to my usual mechanic. What was estimated at £350 turned into over £1200 and lights are still on the dashboard. Very bad communication from the mechanic and quite frankly a big rip off.
