Turned up four hours late, said car would be back in an hour but took two and a half. The car which ran fine before the work started juddering as tyres were over inflated and tracking was off, so I had to pay someone else to fix the problems caused by the mechanic. Would give zero stars if I could.

I used Click Mechanic because I thought this service would have been better for me but I was wrong to not go to my usual mechanic. What was estimated at £350 turned into over £1200 and lights are still on the dashboard. Very bad communication from the mechanic and quite frankly a big rip off.

Communication is super. My car failed MOT but all the works were done the same day. They picked my car from my office but dropped off for me to my house so I can drive to work the next day. Super!
