Can you update digital service records?

Most vehicle manufacturers these days have digital service records where information on all the services a (recent) car has ever had will be stored.

Normally, digital service records will only be available to official dealerships and registered independent centres and mechanics.

Whether a mechanic is able to update digital service records will depend on whether they have access, or can get access to the digital service records.

If you would like your digital service records updated, please make a note on the booking under 'add a note for your mechanic' when placing your booking. This will ensure the mechanics see your requirements before accepting the job request.

We would also advise you request for a VAT registered mechanic only, as these larger businesses are more likely to have the means to do this, versus a smaller mobile business 'man & van' who would only be able to stamp a paper service book version.
