Can I pay the mechanic in cash?

We do not facilitate cash payment bookings. Through the website we only accept credit and debit cards, details of which are taken at the point of booking. This ensures all payments made are duly logged and transparent to all.

This method also offers protection, as in case of any subsequent dispute with the independent mechanic, we may have the ability to refund any work undertaken by them (conditions apply). We would not be able to enforce this with any cash payment. It also means you may have the added security of your payment provider's card protection.
