Does any money leave my account before the mechanic carries out the work?
Before sending an independent mechanic out to you, we carry out a pre-authorisation to ensure the funds are available in your account to be charged.
Please note, no funds will actually leave your account at this stage, though the funds will likely show as 'pending' on your account, as the funds are effectively 'ring-fenced'.
You will only be charged after the work is completed, much like booking a hotel room.
