Are the parts and workmanship covered under warranty?

All parts and workmanship (with the exception of Pre-purchase and Diagnostic inspections) are covered by a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty (whichever is the sooner).

Please note, however, this warranty is offered by the independent mechanic who carried out the work/s and conditional on:

• The mechanic who carried out the work/s being given access to your vehicle to inspect the issue/s within a reasonable timeframe and prior to your vehicle being worked on by any other third party.

• The manufacturer's vehicle operating instructions being followed; ensuring the vehicle is serviced according to the manufacturer's recommended service schedule (for the relevant time and distance).

• Full compliance with your Mechanic's advisories, warnings and information or any instructions provided by your Mechanic.

• The parts or workmanship performed by your Mechanic not being subjected to abnormal conditions or unreasonable wear and tear.
