Cooling & Heating: My vehicle is loosing coolant, but I can't see where its leaking

You need a service called a Cooling System Pressure Test and here is what is done!

The technician will ensure the correct level of coolant is in the system and then using special equipment they will pressurise the system.

This will then cause the coolant to escape from the leaking area, providing it is not internal to the engine (i.e. a faulty head gasket).

If there is no leak evident from this procedure, they will run the engine up to temperature and monitor further to check for the system being pressurised by the engine running, which may indicate a head gasket issue.
