How long do I have to wait until I get paid?

All payments are made electronically after a job has been completed through Stripe, which is a secure payment provider.

First booking - Your first payment may take up to 10 days to process this is due to security checks that Stripe runs. To make this process as easy as possible, log into your Stripe account and make sure there is nothing outstanding that needs to be done. You can confirm your payout schedule and estimated payout timing in your Dashboard.

Subsequent bookings - After your first booking, the processing time will reduce to 7 working days.

Can I speed this up?

Yes, the more transactions you have the quicker you will receive payments. Accounts in good standing will typically gain access to instant payouts after they have been on Stripe for a minimum of 90 days and have completed £4000 in volume. Stripe will send you an email once you become eligible. You can also check your eligibility on your dashboard at any time.
