What happens after a booking has been confirmed?
Stage One: Your booking has been placed!
Once your booking has been placed you’ll receive an email confirming this.
Your booking has been sent out to all the relevant mechanics in your area and we are waiting for one mechanic to accept your booking if they are happy to carry out the requested work.
Our aim is to match you with a mechanic within 4 hours, but this can vary based on mechanic availability and your location.
You can track your booking via your dashboard and we will also keep you up to date via email once your booking has been confirmed by a mechanic.
Stage Two: A mechanic accepted your booking!
Once an independent mechanic has accepted your booking, you’ll receive an email confirming the date and time-frame of the visit alongside the mechanic’s details. You can also view all of this information via your dashboard .
Feel free to reach out to your mechanic via a message from your dashboard or by calling or texting using the mechanic’s number which you will find in the email.
Your mechanic will start to source parts if necessary and they’ll be on their way to you at the designated place and time to carry out your work.
Stage Three: Your booking is complete!
Your mechanic will charge the booking and you will instantly receive a 'Booking Receipt' email on the mechanics behalf with all you need to know.
You can download the PDF receipt anytime via the email or your dashboard.
