Can I contact my mechanic after my booking has been confirmed?
Once you have placed your booking, we will propose the works to the mechanics in your area. As soon as a mechanic accepts your booking request, you’ll receive an email confirming the date and time-frame of the visit alongside the mechanic’s details.
Feel free to reach out to your mechanic via a message from your dashboard from 'Actions' and selecting 'Message my mechanic' or by calling or texting using the mechanic’s number which you will find in the acceptance email.
