Do you offer warranty?

When a customer books with ClickMechanic they are offered a 12-month warranty. This means that if there is an issue with the work or the parts you will be required to do a warranty inspection if the customer comes back with an issue as the warranty lies with you.

You can arrange a warranty inspection through the ClickMechanic resolution centre with your customer. It’s important that you keep the resolution centre case up to date so we know what’s happening and don’t bug you for updates.
