What happens if the mechanic assigned to me cannot make the agreed time?

In this case the mechanic should suggest an alternative time of arrival. We ask each mechanic on our network to keep in touch with you should they not be able to make the agreed time. If the mechanic's proposed time is not adequate please leave us a message, we will launch an investigation and will endeavour to find a solution.
