What happens if the mechanic is late?

Unfortunately it can sometimes happen that a mechanic is running late due to traffic or another job taking longer than scheduled for. We always ask the mechanics on our network to communicate with you directly should there be any issues.

In the case that the mechanic fails to communicate with you, please leave us a message (see our contact page) we will try and get in touch with the mechanic and find out why he is late.
