How to log into your account or change the password
To log into your account you need to use the same email address that you used when you placed a booking. Head to https://www.clickmechanic.com/sign-in to sign into your account.
When you have placed your booking an email would have been sent to you to set up your account to make a password (please check your junk folder).
If you cannot find that email please reset your password and this will allow you to reset it so you can access your account.
To reset your password, please follow the steps below:
- Head to https://www.clickmechanic.com/sign-in
- Click on "Forgot your password"
- Next enter the email address connected to your account and click "Reset Password"
- Within a few moments you will receive the following email with a link to update your password, if you haven't received it within a few minutes check your SPAM folder as it might be hiding in there. Click "Change my password"
- You will then be redirected to the change your password page, please enter your new password and hit "Change password"
