If you have any additional requirements for the booking you are making, like specific parts or extra work that needs to be carried out, please click the 'Add a note for your mechanic' option under the availability slots on step 2 of the booking process.

If you have already completed your booking request, then you can message us by opening a resolution case through your ClickMechanic Dashboard.
