1. Tell us about your setup: Just provide your location and specify where you want your charger installed. Please note that currently, we offer standard installations only
2. Select your charger: Browse through a list of chargers, each with detailed specifications. Choose the one that suits your needs best.
3. Confirm your booking: Select your preferred date, time, and location for the installation. To finalise your booking, securely enter your bank card details into our 256-bit SSL encrypted website, processed by our trusted payments provider, Stripe. Rest assured, we won't charge you until the installer completes the work. Similar to a hotel reservation, we'll pre-authorize the booking amount on your card 24 hours prior to the appointment to ensure the installer's payment.
4. On the day: Your installer will arrive at your chosen location within the agreed-upon time frame, equipped with the charger and necessary tools. They'll introduce themselves and conduct a brief assessment of your fusebox and electricity meter, discussing installation preferences. Please note that during installation, electricity will need to be intermittently turned off for safety. Once all work is completed and agreed upon, your installer will provide a demonstration of the charger and its accompanying app. After your approval, payment will be securely processed through the ClickMechanic app, carried by all installers on their smartphones. Additionally, you'll receive the invoice directly to your email.
5. Post installation Following the visit, you'll receive an email prompting you to rate your installer. Your feedback helps us maintain high standards and improve our service for your future convenience.
