Alan phoned to confirm appointment and then phoned again to say when he would be arriving. He was very friendly and extremely helpful in going through the problem my van had with me.

Yes, Alan was very knowledgeable and professional and happy with the work carried out.
The diagnostics check and road test with me driving my car, showed aircon work to be done and booked appointment for car collection to service and possible repair of the subsequent problem with fixing the air conditioning.
