Very Happy with a Full service on my VRS. Ben collected the car, and completed the service in good time as promised. Some additional work was carried out which I had requested and am very satisfied with everything. He was very helpful and the whole process from start to finish was easy.

Vauxhall Zafira Tourer Engine oil & filter replacement

Alan got the job done, very friendly and pleasant. When someone has time for the customer and explain things then you know they are good at their job. Oil and filter change, didn't take long.
He was a bit late but sometimes these things happen so it's still a 5 star for punctuality as things don't always go to plan with some jobs and it's out of their control.
Definitely recommend Alan and will certainly use him again

Alan unfortunately had a bad day when his own van broke down but he maintained communication throughout the day and still managed to get to me early evening to do the job. He was very apologetic but no need, these things happen. Lovely guy, did a fantastic job even by torch light! Would highly recommend and will definitely use him again in the future
