Very thorough and conscientious. Although he was unable to find the electrical fault I am confident he did everything he could and was very frustrated to leave (after working on the car for 2 hours!) without getting to the source of the problem.

Pleased with report and communication

Rob arrived within the quoted time, assessed the situation with the car and provided a diagnosis - the heater matrix requires replacement (I have the part). I was also advised to get a G13 Concentrate Coolant and a Clamp and Seal Kit.
