Rob was friendly and very knowledgable, he told me exactly what needs doing.
Unfortunately i found a friend who is a mechanic to do the work cheaper although the quote was very competitive i wouldn't hesitate to use Rob in the future.

Phoned 90 mins before appointment to say he wouldn't arrive in daylight and wanted to reschedule. Didn't have parts for jobs scheduled earlier that day.

This shows great unreliability and so I said I would not trust him with the repair.

Argued on the phone, threatened to charge for his time as I was the one cancelling, but eventually cancelled.

3 stars for quality as it won't let me leave it blank. No work carried out - so no assessment of quality is possible

This experience has put me off this service - if you can't do the job at the booked time, then don't take it, or phone earlier to give people chance to make other arrangements.

Our mechanic was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for him. We were told originally that there was a problem with the fuel system and it would cost £100s. However, our mechanic knew what it was straight away and sorted it out for us that evening. Thank you so much.
