As a woman without mechanical knowledge, trying to buy a secondhand van can be pretty daunting. It was great to be able to speak to Simon, who was friendly and courteous. He spent time answering all my questions, which enabled me to speak to the van dealer more confidently. Would highly recommend.

Simon was genuinely helpful and honest. Needed an emergency engine oil replacement and he did the job the next day. Work was done quickly near my driveway. Was raining badly too but he still did the job anyway. He did not end up changing the oil filter as it was inaccessible from the bonnet area. He transparently explained it, offered me compensation, and gave me the new oil filter that he had already bought. He gave me the remaining new engine oil too.
