Qasim was excellent.
He contacted me shortly after my booking was accepted, made the arrangements for the vehicle collection the following morning and arrived exactly as scheduled.
I was notified ( with pics) of the work carried out and given a full explanation of the issues with my car.
I am very happy with the work that has been carried out to rectify the issues and would recommend Qasim and his company to others.

At first I was sceptical to use click mechanic, however I continued and used the mechanic that they recommended for the time slot required. I must admit it has been the best service from any Milton Keynes garage I have had in the 10 years. Will be using them again in future as very happy with the service & work carried out.

I wa happy with the work carried out. Photos taken by the engineer was good to see. It gave me a better idea of the issue regarding a slow oil leak.

However., I had to pay for new tyres and was not comfortable providing all my card info over the phone. It would have been better to have had a secure payment link provided... perhaps via Click mechanic to ensure continuity. I had to take a cab to to workshop to pay and another cab to get home., a total of £25 cost for this luxury.

I believe the communication was coming from a honest position, however, when I explained I had to move money around to pay extra for tyres, the tone changed and i culd tell the gentleman was annoyed.
Especially when I advised I would not pay over the phone. I had been a victim of fraud in the past.

Lastly, I got my car back very late on Saturday 18:00. I called in asking for progress and was told that they are finishing up the car and would be with me in 30 min. A minute later another person called to say he was outside with my car. This was very annoying. Lastly no paperwork provided for the mot. They called later to say the mot cert was emailed over.
