I wa happy with the work carried out. Photos taken by the engineer was good to see. It gave me a better idea of the issue regarding a slow oil leak.

However., I had to pay for new tyres and was not comfortable providing all my card info over the phone. It would have been better to have had a secure payment link provided... perhaps via Click mechanic to ensure continuity. I had to take a cab to to workshop to pay and another cab to get home., a total of £25 cost for this luxury.

I believe the communication was coming from a honest position, however, when I explained I had to move money around to pay extra for tyres, the tone changed and i culd tell the gentleman was annoyed. Especially when I advised I would not pay over the phone. I had been a victim of fraud in the past.

Lastly, I got my car back very late on Saturday 18:00. I called in asking for progress and was told that they are finishing up the car and would be with me in 30 min. A minute later another person called to say he was outside with my car. This was very annoying. Lastly no paperwork provided for the mot. They called later to say the mot cert was emailed over. Not very good experiance, car still leaking oil! !!!!!!!
Never collected, never updated problems, went ahead and ordered parts without consent.
fault Codes left on dash.. Oil still dripping when they had the car over a week..

The work carried out was great, had really good communication with them. They was sending me the photos of step by step of the clutch replacement. They use high quality parts which was great. I will be using these again.

Really good process, didn’t have to worry about getting a lift/taxi from and to the garage. The process was super easy, the mechanic was nice and came on time and dropped my car back on time too. i wish I knew about click mechanics earlier! Will definitely use again!

What can I say other than amazingly understanding, great communication, definitely went above and beyond, work was of a high quality and kept me in the loop on clear timeframes and those we very realistic and kept too

Very pleased with everything. Car collected and returned at agreed times. All aspects of major service carried out as requested. Will use MK2 again and recommend them.
