He did the diagnostic and said he would be in touch regarding the repair after waiting 24 hours he declined to do the repair so I am no nearer getting my car repaired/ not a happy customer

The mechanic did a great job, he arrived within the allotted time. He took the car away and he returned the car with the problem cured. He even waited whilst I took the car for a test drive.

I booked the appointment due to the advertised pricing; MOT £19 and full service £201. I ended up paying £560 due to additional work which apparently needed to be done to pass MOT.
Subsequently, I found out later from a third party that the extra work could have been put on advisories.

raised a General enquiry to solve an issue with my car as soon as the mechanic dropped my car off.

Took the car for a quick drive on the main road and over speed bumps and encountered that the replacement shocks are making a creaking sound which is high pitched.

Garage has fitted an AMTEX brand which seems like a very cheap/ low quality shocks to put on a BMW from online research.

Instead of looking to resolve the issue. Mechanic is blaming the suspension claiming all cars are like this which is absurd.

Mechanic is responsible for sourcing the right product and ensuring that after the work is done, a test drive with the owner (me) is satisfactory with no issues.

This is a complaint and I expect a resolution and feedback from Click-Mechanic and the Mechanic.

MK2 Motors were fantastic today. Picked up the car as planned, kept us in the loop with what work was being done and the workmanship was top quality. Car dropped back off as agreed.
