Louis arrived within the time window and called to say he was a bit held up
Had t equipment to diagnose the problem with my car.
Finally we know what the problem is and Louis is coming back to sort out the problema out in the near future

I would never use or recommend this to anyone again!

Firstly I was asked for feedback on Sunday before any work had actually been done!
The brake fluid issue was traced to a split hose which was going to be replaced at 10am on the Monday, then, at 4pm, but no show, then at 9.15pm got a text it would be done sometime before the end of Tuesday!
I have now lost 2 days work, I should of been a priority on Tuesday morning!
I have already paid £82 at this point
I booked this work on Saturday and paid extra for a Sunday appointment thinking it would be sorted quicker but I was wrong! the mechanic is a pleasant guy,but clearly overbooked, I can only hope the job gets done today!!!.

Louis was really professional and very helpful.
He went into details on everything he carried out and was a pleasure to find a mechanic like this!

Louis was absolutely superb, cannot fault.

Rang beforehand to check if I'd be OK with him doing his own diagnostic before picking up parts - to find that the AA diagnostic was showing 'symptoms, not cause' - and therefore he came up with a much more effective repair plan that has my car running sweeter than it has in ages.

Louis was knowledgeable and took time to explain his findings post performing the dyagnostics.
Seemed to really know his stuff. Would defo. Recommend his services to others.

MOT and service were delayed by a day because of an equipment breakdown but I was kept in the picture and happy with the change. The car was picked up early the next day and I was told in the afternoon that it had passed the MOT but subsequently it had been found that the drivers seat mounting was loose because of a split weld. This was fixed and the car returned the next day.
Although the service took longer than planned I was kept informed and didn't need the car during that period. Very happy with the work.
