Louis arrived early ask about problem ,I explained aa had diagnosed starter motor needs replacing, upon starting work wire as in wrong position and was rubbing on chassis .

Louis was really good at explaining the diagnostic problem that I had. Really friendly guy.

Louis was great, communication was perfect, he kept me in the loop at all times. He was overrun on a job and had to move me to the next day but again, communication was perfect, allowed me enough time to move things around. Work carried out has fixed the problem, will use him again.
