Dan was a pleasure to have working on my very naughty campervan. He kept me up to speed with his arrival time, was complimentary of my coffee and, explained the problem so that I could understand what was wrong with my vehicle. I haven't tested the van yet so I can't really answer the quality question but as he's coming back next week, I can leave the appropriate review..
