Car was returned without the necessary work being completed, despite an earlier phone call to say it would be. I put in a query to the website and just received a cursory reply stating clickmechanic were unable to help on this occasion. Car was taken to a local mechanic who was surprised to hear of the previous experience and had the work and subsequent MOT successfully completed in an afternoon.

He communicated all necessary information, was punctual (in fact earlier than arranged), found the problem immediately and was very honest in his appraisal of the situation. He was polite, knowledgeable & affable. He completed the work quickly & efficiently. It was a first class service & I was very pleased with the whole process. I will be using the company in the future.

Paul was excellent. From the moment his booking was confirmed, to dropping off the car, he kept me in constant communication and informed me promptly of when he would pick up rhe car and drop it off. He explained additional work that urgently needed to be done and wasn't pushy in any way. He did this work the same day too and has given me some advisory repairs which are not urgent but will need to be done at some stage.

Will definitely be using Paul again and I highly recommend him.
