Volkswagen Polo Lambda sensor replacement

At first he did the job I asked informing me in regards to ulterior work needed he didn't said how much is going to cost just charged me after.
It gave me the impression that he was squeezing money from me
An original quote of £450 and up costing me £1000
Not good enough
The car was tested before and what Paul was saying is not true

Good afternoon Stefan, We have spoken many times on the phone along the way letting you know the progress and results from the MOT fail test which I confirmed with yourself that it were ok to carry on with the MOT repairs I also sent a follow on quote so you could see what extra was to be paid, I also carried out the repairs which was not on the original booking which you asked me to do, Iam very sorry you feel this way and can assure you no unnecessary work was carried out
I also picked the car up with no fuel in the tank and had to go straight to the petrol station to fill up your car which I did not add to the booking
