Arrived hour half late on a 2 hour time slot, Mechanic cleared fault but couldn't diagnoses the underlined issue as was stored fault. Said me when it comes back if message will come back see if can resolve properly. Thought fair play going extra mile.. was a empty promise as fault came back 6 days later messaged him and was just ignored.

Well luke seemed to be knowledgable but after taking the car to the garage found out he diagnosed me wrong said wheel bearing needed replacing no it did not said bottom ball joint needs replacing that actuall did so gold star for that. The crucial one that he totally missed which was causing me the most concern and causing my car to shake vilolently was the driveshaft which luke totally missed. So no do not feel i got value for money at all 1 out of three diagnosis plus missed a crucial part of the drive system.

Luke was amazing and did a thorough investigation into what was wrong with my car. Although we have chosen to replace the car instead of repairing it, friends and family have stated the price quoted for repair was fair for the work quoted and reflected the issues with my car incredibly well. I would definitely call Luke out again if need be...hopefully for a less problematic car :)
