Luke was exactly on time diagnosed fault quickly even though it was dark and freezing cold.
Advised quote and lead time for completion would be early next week.

Luke, did complete the work in the end 4hours in total. he started on time then said he needed to return home for another tool, he returned two plus hours later. no explanation other than he had an emergency ....

Luke was polite, knowledgable and cracked on with the job the second he arrived. Normally I’d tackle most jobs but given the pain this caused Luke, I’m so glad I didn’t. Car has never run better. Would recommend Luke to anyone!

Luke was on time within the time slot stated. The care inspection was ok, I would have liked more clear detail in the inspection process ie just told about values on the readings not within parameters etc. there was a inspection of the engine wastage and got told it's the Turbo that faulty. I do feel that the inspection was not value for money or detailed enough to make me feel that the diagnosis is correct.
