Really pleased with the service received - Patrick was in communication first thing about pick up and Dom arrived really promptly. The car was returned in the afternoon with all work completed / MOT done. Would definitely recommend

Patrick was great and very helpful. He managed to fixed my car quickly and with minimal fuss.
Patrick was unfortunately delayed, however this was out of his control and he kept in constant communication to keep me up to date.
Would definitely use Patrick again.

Thank you for honest review our first job was in Chepstow so it did catch us out but your mot was on time we pick customers cars up in the morning one after another to get them to mot stations and filter them back as and when they come back to us unfortunately we can’t control the hectic Bristol traffic but we are looking into being more efficient but we do our best and we always try to have the customers best interests at heart but thank you was a pleasure dealing with you

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Great communication throughout and got work done perfectly. Mechanic was great but not so happy with click mechanic the company who tried to re authorise my card a second time after I had already paid. This was not the mechanics fault or anything to to with mechanic but an admin/office issue. The emails from office I suspect are computer generated but luckily mechanic was fantastic and sorted out my queries. Would definitely use again

I am really disappointed with the customer service I have received from Patrick. I booked in for an MOT and full service with collection. Collection was requested a day early (on a Sunday) by the mechanic due to lack of avaliblity (even though it was pre-booked). Communication around this was awful, I was told to expect collection ‘soon’ at 6:45pm and after very limited communication, collection was finally at 10:30pm. I had to then find alternative transport to, from and for work that day. The same lack of communication and and professionalism was seen when the car was returned to me. I was told to expect the cars return ‘before 6pm’ and the car finally arrived at 10:30pm again. This poor level of communication is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I was also not given appropriate or clear updates on the cars MOT results or work that was being done. It lead to a lot of additional work and stress on my end, I am left feeling disappointed. Hi I feel that is abit unfair communication was good but you clearly stated to me that you wouldn’t be Available to pick up any calls it was pre booked in for an mot but due to all my customers that day were mostly in bath I’m based in Bristol where back and forth became a challenge I take full responsibility for that I made you aware of mot status as soon as I knew as I don’t do them myself I have to wait for call from independent garage to advise me on outcome I work alone and I try to do my best for everyone sometimes it’s not to everyone’s likin I do apologise and appreciate your feedback
