Michael was friendly, punctual and seemed very knowledgeable. He contacted me to give verbal feedback on the car that he was inspecting for me as soon as he had finished and sent through the emailed report . He was also happy to answer a query the following day that helped me to negotiate with the seller. This was all for a fair bit less than the RAC charge!
