Michael was excellent and located the issue and also advised on other potential issues that would need resolving.

He was bang on time, diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes and told me what was needed. Great guy.

Although I am no expert with car issues, he appeared knowledgable and experienced with his summation of what was wrong with my car and he turned out to be right. He fixed it and my car is back up and running. He also communicated excellently throughout, giving regular updates on timeline/supply of the spare part and was easily reachable on phone. So yes I rate him 5 stars without any reservations.
