Mark contacted me first thing in the morning to check everything was on for collection in the agreed time slot, and arrived shortly after to take the vehicle away. This was my Vauxhall Astra having the full cam belt kit auxiliary belt and water pump replaced and despite me expecting them to probably keep the vehicle overnight I was pleasantly surprised and impressed to see it delivered back by 5:30 in the evening. Incredible service, very impressive! They even took a whole bunch of photos of different stages of the job and showing parts replaced, which I hadn't ask for but appreciated the extra effort they went to, to show what work they did. I don't normally leave reviews, this is probably my second in 42 years!!

Rightly or wrongly, I am normally very sceptical about garages and also the review process, especially where no-one has anything negative to say, but in this case it is warranted.

They completed a wet belt change, a fairly complicated piece of work and I can't fault them. When the situation changed and more warning lights appeared, they used a pick up truck rather than risk driving it to the garage. When it turn out it was going to take slightly longer than I hoped, they gave me a courtesy car. When I asked for a photo of the strainer to understand the level of blockage, they sent a dozen pictures of the entire strip.

No attempt to add on extras or charge more than I had agreed. Great comms, polite and professional. They are now my garage of choice. Read more
