Wasn’t much help done diagnostic but still no the wiser in what’s wrong with car didn’t come in time frame was half hour late but did keep in touch so over was ok except on fixing car was hoping it would be done and dusted but not so lucky unless I pay thousands to go Ford there self and get it checked but all faults was delegated so not if Ford will help now if they have no faults to look at

My car was picked up on a flatbed and taken to the garage, which I didn’t realize would happen until I reread the quote. Although there was a slight delay, I understand that they were busy with other vehicles. I appreciate the garage's concern for the safety of their staff by having my vehicle on the ramp to replace the clutch. The driver who picked up my car was careful to ensure everything was secure. The car was returned a few hours later, and it was clean. Thank you again for a job well done.
