Friendly and punctual but communication regarding faults was misleading over the phone and they were unable to fix all the faults themselves

I'm very happy with the work that Alex done on my van. 5*. I would definitely use Otto garage again. I was quoted £650 by a local garage in Chepstow to do the work on my van, Otto garage knocked £200 off that price. Excellent service 👏 👍

Alex collected my car and dealt with me during my clickmechanic appointment for an MOT and service on my Ford Fiesta. He arrived within the time stated, kept me updated on my MOT and repairs, and despite the parts being unavailable ensured it was sorted and returned to me next day.
I was a little apprehensive about using this service because the collect / deliver concept for car repairs is new to me, but I would use again without hesitation.

Alex was great he explained what was going to happen and made it very clear could not be more happy

What a fantastic service booked the day before. Mechanic from Ottos Garage arrived promptly just after 8am and car was back with me just before 10am.

Very friendly and a job well done, he even spoke to my dogs in their native language.
