Ford Transit Custom Car Won't Start Inspection

The mechanic did not turn up at times requested I phoned him to talk to him he turned up at 3.30pm with a new battery which was ment to be a Bosch as quoted for but was not it was a cheaper brand I then found that my ignition did not work after he had done the work and sprayed something into the ignition barrel for some unknown reason as this had nothing to do with the works

Hi I phoned you this morning about your vehicle in which you asked for a battery replacement and did explain to you I would be with you about 4 pm which you agreed to. When I arrived to replacr you’re battrey the ingtion key was hard to turn in which i told you about I sprayed wd40 in the lock to free it off but the key and lock is worn which is a mechanical failure. As for the battrey a i said there was two choices one an excide the other was bosch the parts supplier only had a excide which is the same quality battrey and the same price with the same 3 year warranty it was not a cheap battrey. Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Diagnostic Inspection

Martin was fantastic, he gave me a quick accurate diagnosis to my vans loss of power problem, after I had spent ages online and under the bonnet and was none the wiser myself. He talked me through how to fix it myself, as I am keen to do vehicle maintenance myself. He even rang up the Mercedes parts supplier for me to check it was in stock and get me the trade price. I fixed it myself later that day and it's now running perfectly.
