Martin and his colleague was amazing! Sorted my steering rack, we had issues with no wheel lock nut but they done a fantastic job and more. Would highly recommend.

Full service done without any problems. Had a bit of trouble resetting the service indication on the dash, but offered to come back to sort out; however a quick Google solved that one.

A full service from a dealership will get you the bells and whistles (cleaned and washed car, etc.), but at a higher price.

I got exactly what I paid for and even a little more. All problems I reported were investigated and I was given a clear understanding of the severity of those problems. I was also given a couple of additional advisories.

Martin was excellent. He arrived as scheduled, and did not seem phased by the job required (handbrake replacement). It was very dark, but he worked to ensure that everything was completed. The alloted time was simply not enough for the required job, but Martin continued nonetheless until completion.
