Lee was very good fast and informative, although I had expressed to your controllers that I needed a new bearing but was unsure which one so could you please ensure the mechanic is able to perform a bearing change, when Lee arrived he did the service but only ran a diagnostic check on the bearing as he did not have the tools to perform the bearing change so I was charged for you the mechanic to tell me what I had already told you (that I needed a new bearing). Rather disappointed that your control representative can not understand plain English when I asked for someone to CHANGE my faulty bearing, not tell me what I already knew. I was really disappointed.he came and guessed what could be the problem just by listening to the engine because he said he didn't bring the tools what he needs to check it with and then he said he can come back in private to check it for an extra £30.first we agreed but he didn't came but anyway after this we didn't wanted him to come anyway.so now I don't know for what I paid nearly £60.
