Lee was delayed by previous job but kept me informed and carried out the work quickly when he arrived

Lee is a guy, chatty, understood my issues with my car and within half an hour diagnosed the issue for me and suggested a course of action. Without doubt happy to use again.

Lee was Amazing. Unfortunately I was not around but a work colleague of mine dealt with Lee. His feed back was, he was quick and on time and just got on with it.

I personally thought when I approached the car he created Magic as I didn't see any signs of him touching it besides me see the new exhaust fitted. The car looked the same as I had parked it, no trace of old parts and left the part packs and parts not used to show me what parts he fitted.

Truly very Professional , defiantly will use Click Mechanic and hopefully Lee again .

Lee was quick to identify and presume the part required which he is 90% sure, it is too soon to comment since the new part has not been fitted, can only comment once until such time Lee return with the replacement, which will be next week.

The whole service was excellent, from booking to completion. Very pleased with the whole thing, job was done on time and got my car fixed without having to get it towed to a garage. Mechanic was friendly and helpful - would definitely use again.

Lee was very communicating with eta, arrived sand did you he job quickly and everything running perfect. He was a credit to the service.

Very nice guy but didn't have the experience to fit the mirror to the BMW with the knowledge and ease that I would have expected-he broke the mirror when taking the old unit apart - -and friends tell me this is not a good sign in that it is easy to remove "if you know how'
The electrics in the mirror don't work now it is fitted- he says the unit must be faulty but I will need anothe r( expensive) opinion now to find out what is wrong- the unit or the mechanic.
