Graeme, the mechanic allocated by CM attended my address to diagnose / replace a battery on my 21 plated Hyundai Kona Hybrid. The work I requested ultimately wasn’t a conventional job as it turned out. Graeme contacted me by text with an ETA and attended promptly. Fault on the vehicle was a failure by me to reset the battery system. However if it wasn’t for his assistance and professionalism on the job, I may well have ended up opting for an expensive diagnosis with the dealer. Graeme is a credit to the industry, fully satisfied with the service.
