Graeme was on time and spent time looking at my vehicle but he gave me the wrong advice and my car isn’t fine after all as the coolant light is still showing up on dashboard so now having to get RAC out to look at it more money spend just getting it diagnosed. 😞

Graeme was extremely friendly and fixed things (faulty windscreen wiper) which I had not complained about. Emissions warning light came on again after Graeme had left, I called him and he said he would come back and fix it, I have every confidence he will do this. In all very satisfied with Graeme’s work.

Graeme arrived on time, tried to find fault, took unclear picture of fault code but unable to read what is says as pic is too blurry. Graeme offered to do job privately if I wished and said it could be done cheaper by him. I agreed,. He was due to pick the car up the following Wednesday. Graeme did not show, call or text. Zero integrity. The Car is still faulty. Not impressed. With him at all.
