Visibly work appears to have been carried out (springs & track rod ends). Would have been nice to receive a receipt and warranty paperwork but that didn't appear to be possible. I was initially a little concerned when I received a call from the garage 20 minutes before my car was due to be collected to ask for my registration number so that the parts could be ordered. Clearly it was a stroke of luck that the parts were in stock! I needed the car to be returned by 5pm but didn't receive it until 7pm which caused me a major problem. I actually had no idea where my car was being taken on collection and had I known that it was only 10 minutes away then I could have collected it myself. It would be beneficial to be told the full address and contact number for the garage at the time of booking and for there to be a printed receipt and warranty sent back with the car for service history. 1st booking did not go to plan .after taken my car for a front spring replacement they were unable to sauce part surely this should have been done a few days before .
2nd visit all to plane .Over all not to bad (would not go back) just do not have time to be wasted .....

Didn't meet the mechanic, just the pick up man. Car seems fine after having new brake shoes, but he didn't adjust the hand brake. It now comes right up, about six clicks, when it is supposed to be about two. I will get my dad to adjust it. It should have been done by them for £150's.
