Martin found the fault within 10 minutes although we couldn’t fix it but now we know

Martin was great, serviced both our cars within the 1hr on our own drive way. Brilliant especially after the original mechanic booked thru click let us down the afternoon before.

Great job, our car is back working and running like new. Good communication. Would recommend and use again.

He was friendly and polite however he turned up in a small car so not sure how comprehensive his tool load was, put the car on a reader and said nothing showing, then suggested that it was probably a bad injector. He did tell me how to replace the injector ( which I have done by the way and no change), and I asked if he could quote me for the replacement of the set of injectors, he said he had to get to his next job and would send me the quote after that, he didn’t. I think he was here for maybe 30 mins, but I got the feeling he was desperate to get to his next job rather than focusing on mine Fairly disappointed if I’m honest, probably won’t be using your services again.

I am really satisfied with mechanic, he know what he's doing. punctual and friendly.

Martin was great - he called me the day before to understand more about the problem, turned up on time and kept in touch the whole time. The whole thing was wrapped up in 10 mins and much cheaper than it would have been going into a traditional mechanics shop.

Martin was great, polite, knowledgeable and professional. He resolved an issue with the parts supplied with the supplier and successfully replaced both parts resulting in a successful MOT.
