Was sceptical at first as I'd never heard of Click Mechanic. I paid on credit card in case there were any issues (Section 75 if needed). However, absolutely brilliant service. Excellent communication. Had my clutch replaced at a fraction of the cost I was being quoted by larger companies.

Would definitely recommend and I will use again for any other work I need doing.

Very little communication but I assume they were knowledgeable. The clutch seems better but I don't think the battery was checked as I asked.

Overall was very good. Service was satisfactory. Only concern was they picked up my car 2hrs late and didn’t ring me back for an update when they said they would over the phone. Being charged an extra £30 more then the initial quote was a bit disappointing which I understand can occasionally happen should the mechanic feel the need to.

Booked in fine, dropped it off easy enough. Was told it would take a couple of hours, ended up being four. Was due to the wrong part being sent, so more an issue with their supplier than them.

Easy to book and pay, pick up and drop off is great, all round excellent service.

Pnctual and professional... am pleased with work carried out and was advised of other issues that may need attention.
