Very happy with service

Chris, from Intack, arrived on time. Very polite and told me exactly what was happening. Returned my car, told me what had been done and also stamped up the service book. Will definitely use again.

The work done on the car was fine. However very disappointed with the timings. Although it was probably not the mechanics fault the repair had been booked for between 8.00-10.00 a.m. Due to the wrong part being delivered to the mechanic they did not arrive until 3.00 p.m. They did keep me informed with a couple of telephone calls. Not happy with losing an additional half day holiday and having to wait until after 7.00 p.m. for the car to be returned to my home address.

No problems at all and they saved me £100 after Halfords quoted me £278, good service and will definitely use them again.

A great service. Very convenient and not over priced. The representative of the garage who dealt with my issue was well informed and knowledgeable. A true credit to his employer.

Car was picked up by door the next day returned following day excellent service
