He did a great job, exactly as described. My only wish would have been to have had a quick chat upon completion of the work to discuss how the job went and to see the evidence of the old clutch.

Renato called me earlier in the day to ask if he could come an hour earlier, which was great. Very thorough with testing the car to make sure there were no leaks and also to make sure the thermostat was working effectively. I would happily use him again as he seems to know exactly what he is doing and is very efficient.

Renato turned up on time and the day booked, Which i was impressed with as we had snow over the weekend and was expecting the work to be rescheduled. He and his colleague got to work straight away and took the time to show me the spring that had broken and explained how this could of happened, In no time at all it was repaired and i took it for a run round the block with no problems so I'm well happy. If this is a sign of his work and the way clickmechanic operate I will be using them in the future and will happily recommend them to others. The best advantage for me was that they did it out by my home, No worries about being towed to a workshop and even though it was a bill i could have done without, Looking around it was more than a fair price to pay.

Let me know that he would be arriving slightly later due to the bad weather and traffic. Job was done quickly with no fuss. All round good and quick service!

Can't rate the mechanic yet as the work has not yet been carried out as of today (17/03/18) He only came to diagnose the problem which he did, Quoted me for the repair which i accepted and will be carrying out the work on Monday 19th.

Excellent work, very friendly. Arrived well on time. Had me up and running in no time. Perfect. Will use again when necessary.

Arrived early which was fantastic. I was told the job would take 3.7 hours but actually only took 2.25 hours which is great except I was charged per hour for the 3.7hiurs quoted so would have expect to only be charged for the time it actually took meaning £87 cheaper than first expected. Apparently this is not The case which I do feel is bad. I’m sure if it went
Over the time they had calculated I would Have been charged more! There were a few issues my husband had To Rectify like Clips not
Replaced and loose connections luckily being a trained mechanic ( many years ago) my Husband was able to sort it out had it been me on my own I would not have had a clue.
