Clickmechanic was very efficient and helpful. I had a couple of questions following the report. I asked for a brief chat with the mechanic, but the inspector JM Motor did not answer my calls.

I appreciate that this mechanic showed up to assess the car I wanted to buy. I was extremely happy with his timekeeping and communication. Sadly the people I wanted to buy the car from were not so nice and had sold the car without telling me so wasted my time and that of mechanic. I booked the assessment late at night with request for very early morning pre purchase check and he was there on time. Brilliant service and I would recommend these guys as being reliable.

The mechanic was friendly and punctual however the problem with the vehicle was that it wouldn't start and by the time he left we was no better off... just £40 out of pocket with no further knowledge with what is actually wrong with my vehicle.

The mechanic quickly assessed the belt failure and recommended that a garage would be the best option. I appreciated the honesty. I'd certainly use the service again.

Was adequate, disappointed with the 5 minute 1 mile test drive. How he was able to determine a range of tick in his report was beyond me.
Left an oil mark on the leather seat, did not put any protection covers over the seats when carrying out inspection.
I was right to question when i phoned up, but i guess you get what you pay for.
